We collect only the data necessary to provide our services and respond to enquiries. That typically means your name, email address, phone number, company or production details, and the content of your message when you contact us, request a rate card, or pencil a date — plus booking and billing details when you hire the studio.
We use your information to respond to enquiries, manage pencils and bookings, run your hire, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not use it for anything unrelated to providing our services.
Personal information is stored securely using trusted cloud-based business systems. Client and booking information is hosted on Film.io and on our own private database hosted on DigitalOcean. Access is restricted to authorised employees only, and we use secure, encrypted connections where appropriate — including serving this website over HTTPS.
We do not sell or share your data with unauthorised third parties. Any third-party service providers we use — such as our booking, form handling, email delivery and hosting providers — are carefully selected and are required to maintain appropriate security standards and to process your data only on our instructions. We may disclose information where required to do so by law.
We don't run advertising or tracking cookies on this site. Embedded booking and enquiry forms may set cookies that are needed for them to function.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, manage our ongoing relationship with you, facilitate future enquiries and bookings, and comply with our legal, accounting, insurance and regulatory obligations. We periodically review the personal information we hold and securely delete or anonymise it when it is no longer required for these purposes.
